How quickly do you post out orders?

We are a small business so we have two posting days a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need something urgently, email us at shopsilkroadslippers@gmail.com and we’ll try to help.

What service do you use to deliver my purchase?

Royal Mail First Class. If you require another service, email us at shopsilkroadslippers@gmail.com and we’ll try to help.

I am outside the UK. Can you deliver to me?

We’re more than happy to try to deliver anywhere in the world. Please email us at shopsilkroadslippers@gmail.com and let us know where you are and what you want to order: we’ll get back to you with a postage estimate. Please note that you will be responsible for any import taxes or surcharges issued by your country.

Can you gift wrap my purchase?

All our items are sent out gift wrapped. If you would like a message added to your purchase, email us on shopsilkroadslippers@gmail.com

Can I return an item?

Of course, if for any reason you aren’t delighted with your purchase, please email us within 14 days at shopsilkroadslippers@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Unfortunately, because we are a small business, at present we can’t cover the cost of return postage.
