A lovely light dressing gown handmade in Jaipur. In a contrasting blue ikat design in Indian cotton, it is perfect for home life and a wonderful travelling companion as it packs small and can accompany you on every adventure.

The oldest example of ikat design dates back to c. 1200-1400 AD with a cloth found in the sacred Ipot cave of Romblon. In India, Ikat art has been practiced for thousands of years, the most complicated designs coming from Gujarat.
