A rare and beautiful antique Sindh hand-embroidered cushion cover from the Swat Valley with a double sided configuration. The exquisite abstract floral embroidery is in silk floss in pinks, oranges and reds with green outlinings and a yellow crochet border. The cushion cover’s base fabric is hand-spun, hand-woven cotton khaddar.
This stunning piece from West Punjab dates to pre-Partition and is in good condition.
